先天性心脏病介入治疗855例临床疗效分析

The Clinical Effect of Interventional Therapy for 855 Patients with Congenital Heart Disease

目的探讨先天性心脏病介入治疗的临床疗效.方法回顾分析该院2007年6月至2010年4月连续施行的先天性心脏病(CHD)介入治疗855例,其中房间隔缺损(ASD)封堵术332例,室间隔缺损(VSD)封堵术242例,动脉导管未闭(PDA)封堵术281例.结果总成功率90.41%,并发症发生率9.59%.结论 CHD介入治疗具有成功率高、创伤小、并发症及死亡率低等特点,临床疗效确定,对大部分病例可替代外科手术。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of interventional therapy for congenital heart disease.Methods The clinical data of 855 patients with congenital heart disease who received interventional therapy in our hospital from June 2007 to April 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,there were 332 cases of ASD,242 cases of VSD,and 281 cases of PDA.Result The success rate of interventional therapy was 90.41%,and the incidence of complications was 9.59%.Conclusion The interventional therapy for congenital heart disease has higher success rate,little trauma,and lower incidence of complication and death rate,and it can be used in most patients with congenital heart disease,instead of surgery.
