近十年来,首都医科大学耳鼻咽喉学科建设与重点实验室建设取得了显著的成绩。建设国家重点学科,完成三级学科建设,凝练学科建设方向;建设教育部重点实验室,为学科发展提供了平台;紧密围绕特色项目,立体多极化、持续高水平发展;深化学科队伍建设,着力培养学科骨干;编制教材,建设耳鼻喉科学院,建构高水平人才培养体系;积极开展国内国际合作研究平台建设,并深入交流,强化专科刊物影响力,打造独特学术氛围,促进学科稳健、高水平、特色发展;同时,将取得的一系列学术研究成果及时推广应用,提高疗效,降低医疗总费用。首都医科大学耳鼻咽喉学科已建成国内领先,国际上具备一定影响力的一流大学科。

In the last decade,the otorhinolaryngology discipline and the construction of Research Laboratory in China have made brilliant achievements in development. The national key discipline was constructed,3-level subspecialty was developed,the key laboratory of Ministry of Education was founded,sustained high-level development of the projects at multi-level and further development of academic team were achieved and backbone members were cultivated. Textbooks were written,otolaryngology institution was founded,high-level personnel training system was set up; national and international collaborative research platforms was established,and in-depth academic exchange was conducted,the impact factor of journals has been increased,and a unique academic environment to promote healthy development of the discipline was created. At the same time,series of academic research achievements have been applied,so that the total medical costs were reduced. The otorhinolaryngology has become a nationally leading,internationally influential,high-level great discipline.
