神经变性病教育部重点实验室的建设与发展

Construction and Progress of Key Laboratory for Neurodegenerative Diseases of Ministry of Education

"神经变性病教育部重点实验室(首都医科大学)"于2005年获教育部批准建立,主要依托于首都医科大学宣武医院北京市脑老化重点实验室、首都医科大学北京神经再生及修复重点实验室。研究方向为神经变性病(老年性痴呆、帕金森病)的基础与临床研究。主要研究内容包括神经变性病的流行病学研究、遗传学研究、发病机理研究、早期诊断研究和治疗学研究。特点是基础与临床紧密结合,搭建神经变性病的转化医学研究平台。本文综述了该重点实验室成立5年来在承担国家重大科研项目、科技创新能力、成果转化能力、人才队伍成长和国内外学术影响力等方面的进步和取得的成就。

＂Key Laboratory for Neurodegenerative Diseases of Ministry of Education（Capital Medical University）＂ was founded in 2005,mainly depending on Xuanwu Hospital Beijing Brain Aging Key Laboratory and Capital Medical University Beijing Nerve Regeneration and Repair Key Laboratory. The research direction of this lab is the basic and clinical application studies of neurodegenerative diseases（Alzheimer＇s disease and Parkinson＇s disease）. The major research contents include epidemiological study,genetic study,pathogenesis study,early diagnosis study and therapeutic study of neurodegenerative diseases. It is characterized by the tight linkage between basic research and clinical study,and by building the research platform for translational medicine of neurodegenerative diseases. This article summarizes the progress and achievements in the aspects of obtaining national major research projects,scientific and technological creativity,achievement translation,research team growth and academic influence during the recent 5 years since this lab was set up.
