摘要
管道全位置自动焊接施工技术以优质、高效、可靠等优点成为管道焊接中的主要方法之一,广泛应用于西气东输二线工程中,但该焊接技术在国内应用时间较短,焊接质量不太稳定。详细介绍了P600管道全自动焊接的施工工艺及现有技术,并对其焊接质量的各种影响因素进行了详细的分析,最后给出了提高焊接质量的一些工艺措施和建议,对提高管道全位置自动焊接质量具有一定的指导意义。
Due to the high quality, efficiency, and reliability etc. , the automatic welding technique for pipeline construction has become one of the main techniques, which is widely used in second West-East Gas Pipeline Project. However, the automatic welding technique is still not perfect, and the welding quality is difficult to control. In this paper, the P600 automatic welding technique was introduced in detail. And then the influencing factors on the quality were analyzed. Finally, in order to improve the welding quality, some scientific suggestions and process measures were given for the future work.
