摘要
随着超超临界(USC)机组的发展,一批高热强性、高抗腐蚀性的新型耐热钢材料被广泛应用。通过研究HR3C材料性能和进行焊接工艺试验,从而初步确认该材料的焊接性与TP347H材料的焊接性相近。针对HR3C材料在焊接过程中存在的主要问题,从坡口形式的选择、焊前清理与焊接过程的保护、焊接材料的选择、焊道布置、预热温度与层间温度的控制、采用适当的焊接操作技术等多方面考虑并制定可行的焊接工艺,从而保证焊接质量。
Along with the development of Ultra Super-critical (USC) unit, some improved strength heat-resistant steels with property of high heat resistance and high anti-corrosion are widely applied. It is confirmed that the welding performance of this kind of steel is nearly close to the material of TP347H by studying the material performance of HR3C and the relevant welding procedure qualification test. In order to ensure the welding quality, the feasible & perfect welding procedure was obtained by controlling the following items: selection of welding groove, cleaning before welding, protection during welding process, selection of welding consumables, arrangement of weld pass, preheat temperature, controlling for interpass temperature, appropriate welding operation technique.
