摘要
通过对含Mo的20CrMnTi钢制齿轮坯料正火组织、性能的研究分析,证明此钢正火后形成粒状贝氏体导致其硬度较高(一般为260~280HB),从而给坯料加工带来困难。为此,本文提出了等温正火处理新工艺,其硬度与20CrMnTi钢正火后的硬度相同。
Through study and analysis of normalized structure and property of 20CrMnTi steel with a
trace content of Mo for semifinished gears,it indicated that the cutting difficulty is due to
the emerge of granular Bainite which raise the hardness up to 260280HB.A new isothermal
normalizing process has been given in this paper.And the same degree of hardness as
normalized 20CrMnTi steel can be obtained,the machining process requirements are met.
