摘要 负压封闭引流（Vacuum Sealing Drainage,VSD）技术除使用负压引流外,还将创面用生物透明膜封闭,形成一个密闭引流系统,有效防止外界细菌入侵,改善创面血运,促进肉芽生长,达到创面快速愈合的效果。2008年5月至2009年2月采用VSD术对16例下肢软组织缺损患者进行治疗,现将护理报告如下。
