摘要
目的探讨纳米远红外微粉穴位贴敷联合钙剂对骨质疏松性腰背痛的疗效。方法自2009年2月至2010年1月,150例骨质疏松性腰背痛患者随机分为三组:对照组、穴位贴敷组和结合组(每组50例)。三组患者男/女构成比分别为16/34、13/37和15/35。对照组50例患者采用钙剂治疗,穴位贴敷组50例患者采用纳米远红外微粉穴位贴敷治疗,结合组50例患者联合上述两种方法治疗。观察三组患者治疗2月后的疗效,通过VAS疼痛评分和ODI指数的变化进行评估。结果治疗2月后,三组患者疗效比较:对照组和穴位贴敷组患者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结合组与对照组、穴位贴敷组患者相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结合组患者的VAS疼痛评分和ODI指数明显低于与其他两组。差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结合组患者疗效最好。结论纳米远红外微粉穴位贴敷联合钙剂是防治中老年人骨质疏松性腰背痛较为理想的方法。
Objective To explore the efficacy of combined application of nano far infrared micro powder and calcium on prevention and treatment of low back pain due to osteoporosis. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with osteoporotic low back pain, from February 2009 to January 2010, were randomly divided into 3 groups: the control, the point application, and the combination group (50 patients in each group). The male-female sex radio in 3 groups was 16/34, 13/37, and 15/35, respectively. Fifty patients in the control group were treated with calcium. Fifty patients in the point application group were treated with nano far infrared micro powder. Fifty patients in the combination group were treated with the above two methods. The efficacy of the treatment in 3 groups was observed and evaluated using the VAS pain score and the ODI index after a two-month treatment. Results The treatment efficacy comparison of these 3 groups showed that there was no significant difference between the control group and the point application group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). However, there were significant differences between the combination group and the control group, the combination group and the point application group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The VAS pain score and the ODI index in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the other groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The treatment efficacy in the combination group was the best. Conclusion Nano far infrared micro powder combined with calcium treatment is an ideal method to treat middle- and elder-aged patients with osteoporotie low back pain.
