香菇多糖抗肿瘤的基础研究及临床应用进展

香菇多糖是一种多糖类生物反应调节剂。大量动物实验和临床报告显示其具有调节免疫功能的作用,包括增强T、B淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、NK细胞(natural killer cell)、淋巴因子激活杀伤细胞(lymphokine activated killercells,LAK)、白细胞介素-2(interleukin 2,IL-2)等免疫相关因子的作用。目前在临床抗肿瘤方面的应用较为广泛。主要用于辅助药物治疗、联合放化疗和改善预后等方面。本文就香菇多糖在抗肿瘤方面的基础研究和临床应用进行综述。

Lentinan as a kind of polysaccharide biological response modifier,had been reported that can regulate the immunologic function such as increasing the quantities of T-cell,B-cell,macrophage,NK-cell,LAK,IL-2,published by many pre-clinical and clinical studies.It is widely applied in the treatment of a variety of tumors,mainly used in the ancillary drug therapy,combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and the improvement of prognosis.This work summarizes the fundamental research and clinical application of lentinan against tumors.
