摘要
本文详细介绍了因同一零件硬度要求不一致,所实施的热处理工艺技术与技巧。现已得到推广应用的工艺方法主要有切除加工余量法、局部淬火回火法、局部表面保护法、自身回火法、分段处理法等,具有简便、实用、节能、行之有效的特点。
This article deals with the heat treatment process and skill for the part demand-ing different hardness. The main techniques applied and spreaded so far are cutting al-lowance, local quenching and tempering, locaI surface protection,self tempering,stepped heattreating and so on- The above methods possess such characteristics as convenience,practice,effectiveness and energy saving.
