摘要
本文报道了以TiN、Al和BN为原料通过反应热压法制备TiB2/AlN复合陶瓷的实验结果,对该反应的热力学过程,产物的物相、微观结构与形貌进行了研究与讨论.结果表明,原料在800℃左右开始反应,随着温度的升高反应越完全,1700℃左右完全反应.通过SEM观察发现,生成的TiB2/AlN复合陶瓷具有很高的致密度,晶粒尺寸细小且分布均匀,通过反应得到的AlN晶粒具有大量的层状和李晶结构.
In this paper using TiN, Al and BN as raw materials, reactive hot presing method wasproposed to produce TiB2/AlN ceramic composites. The thermodynamic processing of the reaction, thephase, microstructure and morphology of the samples were studied. The results showed that the rawmaterials begin to react at about 800℃, with raising temperature the raw materials reacted more andmore completely and they could react completely at about 1700 ℃. The sample has high density andsmall gain size, and the acquired phases are distributed uniformly. The AlN phases in the sample hasplenty of laminated and twin structures.
