摘要
采用水冷铜坩埚惰性气体保护电弧熔炼和浮区区域熔炼,在RxR′1-xFey三元合金中添加Mn元素,获得TbDyFeMn系合金棒材铸态试样,测量了其室温下的磁致伸缩系数,并采用电子探针显微分析仪和劳厄X射线衍射技术分析了其显微结构。就Mn含量对合金的影响及其最佳含量进行了分析研究。
The TbDyFeMn system alloys are prepared by arc melting in an inert atmosphere water cooled copper hearth and by float zone melting (ZM) technique. By measuring the ascast rod sample's magnetostriction and analyzing its microstructures with EPMA and Laue Xray techniques, it is found that the content of element Mn affects both the material's magnetostriction properties and the microstructure. The optimum content of element Mn in this material for maximum magnetostriction is given. It offers the convincing foundation for the development of the giant magnetostriction materials.
