The force analysis and efficiency calculation of engagement of swinging link speed reducer

根据摆动机构在减速器传动过程中的运动特性，分析了摆杆的受力状态，从而推导出了摆杆减速器啮合效率的计算公式，实际计算结果表明与样机试验数据基本吻合。

On the basis of kinetic characteristics of swing mechanism in the course of reducer transmission,this paper analyzed the force bearing status of swinging rod,and then derived the calculation formulae of meshing efficiency of swinging rod reducer.The practical computing results indicate that they are basically identical with the data obtained from testing the prototype reducer.
