摘要
研究表明,摩擦离合器的热力参数是影响其摩擦磨损性能的决定因素,应用以临界摩擦温度为设计准则,以有限元方法为计算手段的摩擦离合器的热力参数的设计方法,给出摩擦电磁离合器的极限摩耗功曲线。
It has been made clear through research that thermal parameters of friction clutch are the decisive factor which affects its performance of frictional and abrasive wear.Take the critical frictional temperature as the designing criterion and let the finite element method as the means of calculation this paper advanced a method for the design of thermal parameters of friction clutch and presented the critical attrition power curve for frictional electromagnetic clutch.
