复合材料铺层优化图形化过程中的几个关键技术

摘要 文章针对航空复合材料构件铺层设计优化过程,分析其存在的主要问题,指出应解决的铺层数据图形化智能化选取、铺层局部缺陷智能识别与修复、优化后铺层云化及轮廓生成等技术关键;给出这些技术关键的有效解决思路,提出设计并开发支持大型航空复合材料构件铺层优化设计与制造一体化和集成化的航空复合材料构件铺层优化智能支持图形软件系统,以改变复合材料构件铺层优化迭代过程中的数据准备方式,提高复合材料构件铺层优化设计与制造的效率。 Aim.The introduction of the full paper points out that,in order to make full use of existing optimization methods such as found in Refs.3 and 4,several key techniques need to be researched and developed.Section 2 discusses the key techniques of intelligent selection of stacking graphical data,of intelligent identification and restoration of some stacking defects,and of uniformities of optimized stacking layers and its profile generation.Section 3 presents our fairly well defined ideas on how to develop the needed key techniques.Its core consists of:(1) we design and develop the stacking optimization of composite materials' intelligent graphic display system to support the integrated design and manufacturing of the graphic stacking optimization of composite materials;(2) we propose some specific steps to quicken the data preparation process;(3) we also propose some specific steps to improve the manufacturing efficiency.
