摘要 粮食安全已成为全球问题,稻米提供了半数以上世界人口的食粮,其产量的提高是解决未来全球粮食危机的有效途径之一。光合作用及相关生理性状是决定水稻产量潜力的重要因素,属多基因控制的数量性状。文章介绍了水稻光合性状(净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度)及相关生理性状(叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值、叶片全氮含量)与光合作用的关系,重点综述了水稻光合作用及相关性状QTL定位的研究进展,探讨了其中存在的问题及未来研究的趋势。 Food security has become a global issue. Rice is the most important food crop in the world and feeds over half of the global population. To meet the expanding food demands of the rapidly growing world population, increase in rice yield and production will be required. Photosynthesis and its related physiological traits play an important role in yield determination and belong to the quantitative trait, which were controlled by several genes. This article described the relationship between its related physiological traits (chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a/b ratio and total 1eaf nitrogen content) and the photosynthesis (net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration) in rice, and summarized the research progresses in quantitative trait loci for photosynthesis and its related physiological traits, and also discussed some issues relevant to this topic and the trend in the future.
