不同分子量壳聚糖对番茄生长发育的影响 被引量:12

摘要 以番茄‘合作908’为试材,研究不同分子量壳聚糖对番茄种子萌发、生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:①壳聚糖浸种,中间分子量的CTS3和CTS5效果最好,均在浓度为1.25mg/mL时,发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数3项指标达最大值;分子量较大的CTS7效果最差,小分子量的CTS1次之;②叶面喷施,壳聚糖对番茄幼苗的株高和鲜重影响显著,但对根长和根鲜重影响达不到显著水平的差异。CTS3和CTS7分别在浓度为2.5mg/mL和1.25mg/mL时,对番茄生长的促进效果最明显;③1.25mg/mL浓度的CTS5对番茄增产效果最显著,并使番茄中可溶性固形物、Vc含量及总蛋白含量增加,总酸度降低。 Effect of different MW CTS on the seed germination, growth, yield and quality of tomato cultivar ‘Hezuo 908’were studied. The result showed: ①The germination percentage, germination index and vitality index were up to the maximum when the seed was treated with CTS5 and CTS3 at the concentration of 1.25 mg/ ml, and the effect of middle molecular weight CTS3 and CTS5 were best among the tested chitosans, the next was the little molecular weight CTS1, the worst was the bigger molecular weight CTS7; ②The fresh weight and length of roots were no significant difference when the seed was treated with chitoan, but the fresh weight and length of seeding were significant difference. The stimulate effect was the best when the seeding were sprayed with CTS7 and CTS3 at the concentration of 1.25 mg/mL and 2.5 mg/mL, respectively’; ③ Chitosan could increase the yield of tomato and make the soluble solid content, protein content and vitamin C content increase, and total acidity decrease.
