香蕉枯萎病菌对不同香蕉品种防御酶系的影响 被引量:13

摘要 研究不同香蕉品种在接种香蕉枯萎病菌后防御酶系的变化。结果表明,经病原菌接种后,抗病品种SOD酶活性明显低于感病品种,SOD酶活性的大小与香蕉品种的抗、感病之间呈负相关;PO酶和内切几丁质酶活性的大小和变化趋势与香蕉品种的抗、感病性之间不存在相关性;抗病品种和感病品种的PAL酶、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性大小无明显差异,但抗性品种的PAL酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性一直处于增长状态;抗病品种外切几丁质酶的活性明显高于感病品种,外切几丁质酶活性的大小与香蕉品种的抗、感病之间呈正相关。综合试验结果,PAL酶、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶和外切几丁质酶可以作为香蕉品种抗枯萎病一个重要的生物化学指标。 The effect ofFusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense on the defensive enzymes of different banana varieties was researched in this paper. The results showed that the SOD activity of resistant cultivar was lower than susceptible cultivars, the SOD activity showed the negative correlation among the resistant cultivar and susceptible cultivars toFusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense . There was no interrelationship among the resistant banana cultivar and susceptible cultivars at the variety trend of PO and endo-chitinase activity. The PAL and β-1,3-glucanse activity among those cultivars were little difference, but the PAL and β-1,3-glucanse activity of the resistant cultivar were kept increasing white the susceptible cultivars didn’t appear this trend. The exo-chitinase acivity of resistant cultivar was higher than susceptible cultivars obviously; the exo-chitinase acivity displayed the positive correlation among the resistant banana cultivar and susceptible cultivars toFusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense . Concluding from this paper, the PAL, β-1,3-glucanse and exo-chitinase activity could be use as important biochemical parameters of banana to resist theFusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense .
