摘要
为解决镉(Cd)污染带来的粮食安全问题,采用盆栽试验对102份不同基因型的小麦资源在Cd污染土壤环境下小麦籽粒Cd积累差异进行了分析。结果表明,在土壤Cd含量为20mg/kg时,102份小麦中73.53%的籽粒Cd积累为4~7mg/kg,17.65%籽粒Cd积累>7mg/kg,8.82%籽粒Cd积累<4mg/kg。以在Cd浓度为20mg/kg下筛选出的9份低积累和16份高积累材料为研究对象,进—步研究这些高低积累材料在Cd浓度分别为0.4、5和20mg/kg土壤环境下籽粒Cd积累差异。结果表明,小麦籽粒Cd积累与基因型有很大的关系,不同基因型小麦在不同Cd浓度下籽粒Cd积累差异显著,籽粒Cd积累量与土壤中Cd含量呈显著正相关,籽粒Cd积累系数与土壤Cd含量呈负相关。同时根据材料在不同浓度Cd积累情况,筛选出3份低Cd积累小麦,为进一步选育小麦籽粒低Cd积累品种奠定材料基础。
To limit cadmium (Cd) accumulation in the wheat grain, the experiment was conducted to study Cd accumulation in grain among 102 different wheat cultivars or materials. The results showed that Cd concentrations of 73.53% wheat grain varied from 4 mg/kg to 7 mg/kg in soil with 20 mg/kg Cd, 17.65% was above 7 mg/kg, and 8.82% was below 4 mg/kg. And then 9 low-cadmium-accumulation (LCA) wheat materials and 16 high-cadmium-accumium-accumulation ones were choosen to further study Cd concentrations in wheat grain under 0.4 mg/kg, 5 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg Cd soil. The results showed that Cd accumulation in different wheat grains demonstrated remarkable inter-species difference in heavy Cd contaminated soils. Cd concentrations in soil were closely positive related to Cd concentrations in grain, and were negatively related to phyto-accumulation facor (PAF) of Cd in grain. At the Therefore, the results in this study were significant same time, the three LCA selecting or breeding wheat materials were chosen. wheat varieties with low Cd accumulation, understanding the regulation of Cd accumulation in grain and so on.
