Management of volunteers in college and university libraries

分析了中外图书馆志愿者的发展现状,指出了我国高校图书馆志愿者管理存在的问题。结合志愿者活动的实践,提出了在志愿者管理方面,要有持续发展的思路,采取有效的进入机制,开展特色服务,建立规范的管理制度,制定完善的激励措施,实行人性化管理等。

The development of volunteers in libraries of China and foreign countries was analyzed and the problems in management of volunteers in college and university libraries of China were pointed out. Following measures were put forward for the management of volunteers according to the practical activities of volunteers, in- cluding the continuing development idea, effective entry mechanism, conducting characteristic service, working out standard management rules and regulations, establishing perfect inspiring measures, and implementing personalized management.
