摘要
分析了法兰锻件在胎模锻过程中金属质点流动规律，应用主应力法求得分流面位置来确定制坯高度，从而保证了锻件质量。
Flow regulation of metal point particle is analyzed for flange forgings during caul forging.Main stress method is used to get the position of divergent face,The blank making height can be determined and the quality of forgings can be assured.
