垂直流化床热砂冷却器及其特性的研究

摘要 对于机械化、流水线大批量生产的铸造车间,“热砂问题”目前仍是一个急需解决而未能很好解决的问题。针对这一情况,本文提出了一种和传统使用的水平震动沸腾冷却床原理相同但结构完全不同,性能优良的新型热砂冷却装置———垂直喷动流化床热砂冷却器。该装置冷却效率η>83%,进砂温度为80℃~90℃时,出砂温度Tsovt<40℃,生产率可达5t/hr·m宽砂幕,且具有结构简单、无运动部件、能耗低、工作可靠的特点,并具有控制温度和一定的除尘、予混效果。 癟he hot sand problems' is also a puzzler need to be solved urgently but has not been perfecty solved at prsent for big mass foundry prodvction.Hence,a new kind of sand cooling device vertical spouted Fludised bed cooler has been developed in this paper,Which is similiar to the horizontal vibrating fludised conveyer cooler in principle but simply diffrent from it in construction.The cooling efficiency η is equal to or larger than 83%,and the temperature of sand at the outlet is less than 40℃,with inlet sand temperature≈80℃~90℃,the productivity Q s equals to 5t/hr.m width of sand cascade.The device is simple in construction,reliable in operation and lower in cost and power compustion. It can also control the moisture conten of sand at the outlet and remove inner dust and make the sand pre mixed partly.
