杂交捕获方法检测宫颈高危型HPV感染清除的临床效果观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:在女性性病门诊观察微波治疗合并干扰素宫颈注射等综合治疗方法清除高危型HPV感染及治愈相应宫颈病变的有效性。方法:2005年3月~2009年12月用杂交捕获方法评价上述疗法对135例宫颈感染高危型HPV合并不同程度的宫颈病变的临床疗效,部分患者合并外生殖道尖锐湿疣。结果:患者合并外生殖道尖锐湿疣全部治愈,宫颈炎症消失,用杂交捕获方法多次检测宫颈及外生殖道感染的高危型HPV经几个疗程治疗后在12月内100%清除,在6个月内88.1%清除。结论:宫颈感染高危型HPV可以在1年内经过这种疗法完全清除,相应的宫颈病变治愈,因此减少了HPV和尖锐湿疣的性传播。 Objective:To explore the effects of microwave treatment combined injection of interferon in cervix on high risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection.Methods:A total of 135 women who suffered from cervical high risk HPV infection complicated with different degree of cervical diseases,some with genital warts on the external genitalia,were treated with microwave and injection of interferon in cervix.Before and after the treatment Hybrid Capture Ⅱ technology was used for testing HPV DNA.Results:Both genital warts and cervicitis were cured.One hundred percent of HPV infected in cervix were cleared within 12 months after several courses of treatment;88.1% of HPV infected in cervix were cleared within 6 months.Conclusion:HPV infection can be cleared completely with one year of the synthetic therapy,and the associated cervical diseases can be cured,resulting in reduction of HPV and genital warts transmission during sexual intercourse.
