中国国际人才交流协会是改革开放的产物，是顺应时代的潮流和需要，应运而生的。它与改革开放同步，各个时期工作重点各有不同。
China Association for International Exchange of Personnel(CAIEP) was established at Beijing in 1985,dedicated to promoting exchange and cooperation between China and other nations through the international exchange of specialized technical and managerial personnel.In this issue,Wang Nai,former General Director of State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs Wang Shu,former Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Gao Shujing recalled their participation of CAIEP's establishment and operation.
