产品数据管理中的物料清单自动生成方法研究

A Study of Automatic Generation Method of BOM in PDM System

提出了基于数据库和产品零部件装配关系的物料清单（ＢＯＭ）自动生成方法。利用该方法可以在产品ＣＡＤ设计完成后，自动提取零部件装配关系和相应的工程数据，并在一定的编码规则基础上生成产品ＢＯＭ表。所有这些算法都在微机上得到了实现。

In this paper, a new method of automatic generation of BOM based on database and the assembly relations is proposed. With applying this new approach, the engineering data and the assembly relations can be extracted as soon as the product design is completed, and then the BOM is generated based on some coding rules. All the algorithms are implemented in the microcomputer, and an example is given to illustrate those algorithms in the end of this paper.
