摘要
介绍了炼铁厂竖炉监测系统以计算机数据采集系统替代常规显示仪表的技改方案.具体介绍了新系统的硬件配置和软件设计,分析了采用新系统的主要技术难点,解决了采用Turbo-C语言实现大于64K全程变量的问题.文末的效益分析表明,新系统给使用单位带来显著经济效益.
The retrofit strategy of replacing the conventional display instruments with the computerized data acquisition system for vertical furnace monitoring system in iron works is introduced. The hardware configuration and software design of the new system are presented concretely and the major difficult technical points of the application of the new system are analyzed. The issue of implementing 64K global variables with Turbo - C language has been solved. The final analysis on the results shows that the new system brings great economic returns to the user.
