摘要
药品注册中的“专利链接”制度在我国已施行多年，但由于相关配套体系不完善，实际运行效果并不明显。中国急需参照国外“专利链接”方面先进的管理制度，制定详细的实施方案，完善我国的“专利链接”制度，为我国药品研发和生产提供良好的市场氛围。
The patent link system in drug registration has been implemented in China for many years, but because of the imperfections of supporting systems, the actual operation is not effective. China urgently needs to refer to foreign advanced management system of patent link, develop a detailed implementation of the program, improve our patent link system, and provide a good market environment for our drug development and production.
