关于低碳城市与城乡规划的研究

在气候变化、碳减排与城市化进程相互交织的时代背景下，而且当前我国处于经济迅速增长，城乡一体化进程加快，碳排放量与日俱增的特殊时期，发展低碳城市是遏制气候变暖的必然选择。本文针对低碳城市与生态城市的关系、低碳城市规划的定位、理论基础以及低碳城市评价指标体系等方面进行了初步探讨。

Under the background of urbanization combining with climate change and carbon emission reduction, China is in a special period of rapid economic growth, rapid integration of urban and rural areas and increasing carbon emissions. So the development of low-carbon city is the first choice to control global climate wanning. This paper discusses the relationship between low-carbon city and coo-city, the planning and positioning of low carbon city, theoretical basis, and evaluation index system.
