The Report of Researching and Producing the New HSK

2009年，国家汉办/孔子学院，总部正式推出新汉语水平考试（HSK），在海内外受到热烈欢迎，对汉语国际推广工作起到了积极的推动作用。为什么要研发并推广新HSK？新HSK与旧HSK有什么不同？本文主要从这两个方面对新汉语水平考试的研制思路做一简要介绍。

Hanban/Confucius institute Headquarters officially launched the new HSK in 2009, and received a warm welcome both domestic and overseas. This new test plays an important role in promoting Chinese language internationally. Why do we produce and promote the new HSK？ What＇s the difference between the new HSK and the former one？ The fundamental objective of this present paper is to introduce the new HSK in the two aforesaid.
