抑郁症患者社会支持状况及与防御方式的相关研究

The correlation between Social Support and Defense Mechanism of the patients with depression

目的了解抑郁症患者社会支持与防御方式的关系。方法采用防御方式量表（DSQ）和社会支持评定量表（SSRS）测试86名已确诊抑郁症患者。结果抑郁症患者在社会支持总分、主观支持分和对支持利用度均显著低于正常对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），对支持的利用度与不成熟防御方式呈负相关（r=-0．22，P〈0．05），成熟防御机制则于客观支持度和对支持的利用度呈正相关（r=0．44，r=0．34，P〈0．01）。结论抑郁症患者的社会支持度显著低于正常组，抑郁症患者的社会支持度与防御方式存在明显相关，可以通过改善患者对于社会支持的认识及利用和转变不良防御方式来促进抑郁症的康复。

Objective To explore the degree of social support and correlation between social support and defense style of the patient with depression. Methods 90 patients with depression were assessed with Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and Defense Style Questionnaire （ DSQ ）. Results Compared with normal controls, the patients＇ scores in social support were found significant lower, which including the total scores and scores of objective, subjective support and the utilization of support （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. There were highly negative correlation between utilization of support and immature defense style （ r = -0. 22, P 〈 0. 05 ） , and mature defense style were remarkably positive correlation between objective support and the utilization of support （ r = 0. 44, r = 0. 34 P 〈 0. O1 ）. Conclusion The social support on the patients with depression was significant lower than non-depression, meanwhile, there were correlation between social support and defend style. As a result, psy chologist could rise the recovery rate through improve the depression patients＇ understanding of social support and transfer the unhealthy denfense mechanism.
