冠心病患者血小板活性与高敏C反应蛋白的关系 被引量:2

The relation between platelet activation and hs-CRP in patients with coronary artery disease

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者血小板活化膜糖蛋白GpⅡb/Ⅲa、P-selectin(P-选择素)的变化及其与高敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)的关系。方法用三色全血流式细胞术测定40例冠心病患者外周血中血小板GPUb/Ⅲa、P-selectin的表达水平,并检测患者hs—CRP水平,与30例健康对照者比较。结果冠心病组GpⅡb/Ⅲa、P—selectin、hs—CRP均高于健康对照组(均P〈0.001)。冠心病组GPⅡb/Ⅲa与hs.CRP呈正相关(r=0.45,P〈0.005),P-selectin与hs—CRP呈正相关(r=0.59,P〈0.001)。结论冠心病患者血清hs-CRP增加、血小板明显活化,其血小板活化程度与hs-CRP关系密切。 Objective To investigate the relationship among platelet membrane glucoproteins ( GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa and P-selectin) and hs-CRP in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods Subjects were divided into 2 groups (40 patients with coronary artery disease,30eases of healthy subjects). Positive rates of PAC-1 and P- selectin were measured with tricolor flow cytometry. Hemorrheology was determined, and positive rates of GPⅡb/Ⅲa and P-selectin were measured with tricolor flow cytometry. Hs-CRP levels were measured by nephelometry and turbidimetry in patients and normal controls. Results Compared with healthy group, hs-CRP levels and the expressions of both GPⅡb/Ⅲa,P-selectin were increased significantly in patients with coronary artery disease (all P 〈0. 05 ). There is a positive correlation between the GPⅡb/Ⅲa,P-selectin and hs-CRP in patients with coronary artery disease. Conclusion The platelet in patients with coronary artery disease is at the overactivated state. Hs-CRP is involved in coronary artery disease. There is a relation between platelet activation and systemic inflammation in patients with coronary artery disease.
