脉络宁联合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

目的探讨脉络宁注射液联合甲钴胺(弥可保)治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将115例入院患者随机分为2组,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组予脉络宁注射液联合甲钴胺肌肉注射治疗,对照组单用甲钴胺肌肉注射治疗,疗程均为1个月,观察治疗后症状改善情况,测定胫神经、腓总神经运动神经传导速度,肥肠神经、腓浅神经感觉神经传导速度。结果治疗组临床症状、神经功能评分、神经传导速度的改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论脉络宁注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效,优于单独应用甲钴胺。

Results Clinical symptoms,neurological score,the improvement in nerve conduction velocity was significantly better than the control group （ P〈0. 05） . Conclusion mailuoning injection combined methylcobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is safe and effective,than alone Methylcobalamin.
