489例妇科疾病腹腔镜手术的护理体会

目的探讨妇科疾病腹腔镜手术的护理。方法通过对近3年来489例妇科腹腔镜手术进行回顾性分析,总结妇科疾病腹腔镜手术护理经验体会。结果全组手术无一例死亡,镜下手术成功477例(97.5%),中转开腹12例(2.5%),术后均顺利康复。结论与传统开腹手术相比,腹腔镜手提供术具有切口小、出血少、术后恢复快、治疗效果确切及便于护理等优点。

Objective To evaluate the laparoscopic gynecological care. Methods Through the past three years,489 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed and summarized gyneco-logical care experience of laparoscopic surgery experience. Results There were no operative deaths,477 cases of successful endoscopic surgery （ 97. 5% ） ,laparotomy in 12 cases （ 2. 5% ） patients were successfully recovered. Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery,laparoscopic surgery hand to provide a small incision,less bleeding,rapid postoperative recovery,precise and easy to care and treatment advantages.
