心理护理干预对喉癌患者生活质量影响的临床研究

The clinical study of nursing intervention to the life quality in laryngeal carcinoma

目的探讨心理护理干预对喉癌患者生活质量的影响,以指导临床工作。方法收集我院收治的200例喉癌患者,随机分为两组,观察组患者共100例,实施心理护理干预和常规护理;对照组患者共100例,单纯进行常规护理。应用SF-36生活质量量表分析二组患者生活质量的差异。结果观察组在总体健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康八个角度的评分显著高于对照组。结论对喉癌患者进行心理护理干预,能显著改善其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the correlation between nursing intervention and life quality in patients with laryngeal carcinoma,for accumulating clinical experience and directing the clinical work. Meth-ods 200 cases with laryngeal carcinoma were divided into two groups. The observation group（ 100 cases） were intervened by normal nursing and special nursing intervention,the control group（ 100 cases） were intervened by normal nursing. The life quality were compared by SF-36 quantity list in the two groups. Results The SF-36 scores of life quality were obviously higher on general health,physical functioning,role-physical,bodily pain, vitality,social functioning,role-emotional and mental health in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the life quality in patients with laryngeal carcinona,is worthy of being recommended in clinical treatment.
