退变性腰椎滑脱的手术治疗进展 被引量：3

摘要 退变性腰椎滑脱（DLS）是指由于退行性变使椎体失稳,以致上位椎体在下位椎体上方向前移位,但椎弓完整无峡部崩裂,又称为＂假性腰椎滑脱＂。退变性滑脱的病变基础是椎间盘,在其退变的基础上,脊椎的关节突关节及其韧带发生相关的变化，出现椎间盘塌陷、腰椎的失稳与滑动、神经根的压迫，从而产生各阶段的临床症状。那些最初无神经功能损害，症状不随时间变化而加重的病例可以保守治疗，
