摘要
目的了解分析应届本科护生(以下简称‘本科护生’)基层医院就业意向及认知情况。方法选择某医科大学90名本科护生,采用自制基层医院就业意向调查表,进行问卷调查。结果仅4%的本科护生表示愿意就业于基层医院,就业意向普遍较低;迫于就业压力时,就业意向有所提高(26%),且女性意向高于男性,来自农村的护生高于城市。结论应加强本科护生对基层医院的认知教育,深化基层医院护理管理体制,注重本科护理人才引进及培养,以减少护理人才流失,提高基层护理队伍整体水平。
Objective Understanding and analysis the will of fresh undergraduate nursing students for employment in the primary hospital and its cognitive status. Methods 90 nurse undergraduates were recruited for this study. The self-designed primary hospital of employment intentions were adopted. Results The nurse undergraduates’primary hospital of employment intentions was not active and just 4% wanted to work in primary hospital. Under the employment pressure,the employment intention Improved( 26% ) and women than men,rural above the city. Conclusion It is necessary to enhanceing the cognitive education of primary hospital and the anagement system of rimary hospital,putting more attentions to introduction and training of undergraduates,reducing loss of talent,improving the level of nursing team.
