综述了国内外常用的项目评估方法,研究了船舶动力基础科研项目的特点,选择了适合船舶动力基础科研项目考核评估的方法,提出了船舶动力基础科研项目考核评估方法的设计原则,制定了船舶动力基础科研计划项目评估办法和船舶动力基础科研项目评估流程图。

In this paper,conventional project evaluation methods at home and abroad are summarized,characteristics of MPRD projects are researched,project examination and evaluation methods suitable for MPRD are selected,design principles of project examination and evaluation methods of MPRD are proposed,＂Project Evaluation Methods of MPRD＂ and ＂Project Evaluation Flowchart of MPRD＂ are established finally.
