将专家系统应用于零件加工误差原因的分析与诊断，基于加工过程中产生的某些误差，提出可能的误差原因，然后进行逼近和排除，最后诊断出产生加工误差的原因。

It puts forwards an expert system using artificial intelligence in error sources analysis and diagnosis during machining process. Based on analysis of error produced in the process, the paper discusses the possible sources of machining error, the cause about the error is approached and eliminated. The machining error can be finally recognized.
