摘要
单缸机试验在柴油机研究开发中占据重要的地位。单缸机对多缸整机工作过程的准确模拟可以显著减少多缸整机试验工作量,从而大大缩短产品开发周期和降低开发成本。单缸机准确模拟多缸整机工作过程的难点是对多缸整机进排气系统的模拟,传统的单缸机模拟多缸整机的方法仅仅通过调节排气背压阀来控制压力的平均值,不能模拟多缸整机进排气压力波形状,进而带来单缸机与多缸整机工作过程的差异。本文介绍了一种单缸机模拟多缸整机压力波动的方法,该方法通过在单缸机进排气管系上增加分支来调整单缸机压力波,使得单缸机和多缸整机换气过程相一致,从而提高了单缸机模拟多缸整机工作过程的精度。
The difficulty for single cylinder engine(SCE)to simulate multi-cylinder engine(MCE)is the marked difference in both the intake and the exhaust pressure waves between SCE and MCE.The usual method ignores the difference in pressure waves between SCE and MCE,therefore the working process of SCE can't follow after that of MCE very well.A new method for SCE to simulate MCE is suggested in this paper.By adding branch pipes on both the intake and the exhaust pipes,the intake and the exhaust pressure waves of SCE can be adjusted to corresponding waves of MCE very well,and then improve the working process simulation precision of SCE to MCE significantly.
