摘要
为了进行燃气轮机的间冷循环改造研究,需要对某型机低高压压气机进行相应改造。对低压压气机进行了减两级的具体设计,提出了2种方案,同时根据相应方案对出口导流叶片进行了造型设计。对改型机进行了气动性能的计算,结果表明:所设计的叶片满足气动性能要求。2种方案相比,1列叶片方案效率略高于2列叶片方案。推荐采用1列叶片方案。
In order to further research of intercooled gas turbine,high pressure compressor and low pressure compressor of a gas turbine need to be redesign.Last two stages of low pressure compressor are removed,and two schemes are proposed.Subsequently,a new exit guide vane is designed in accordance with the corresponding schemes.Calculation and analysis of the IC compressor performance shows that new schemes meet the task.A comparison of the two schemes shows that the scheme of a single blade row has a slightly higher thermal efficiency than that of two blade rows.Therefore,the former shall be highly recommended.
