摘要
主要考虑在膜片组件中片与片之间的接触条件下对其进行有限元建模,分析膜片组件的强度与刚度。通过对膜片组件中不同层膜片应力大小及分布的模态研究,分析了膜片组件层数、膜片组件套垫预紧力对膜片组件强度的影响,并在此状态下分析了膜片组件的刚度。对接触状态下不同膜片层数、不同预紧力情况下的应力、刚度进行了比较,得出了接触状态对膜片组件强度及刚度的影响。
The paper set up finite element model of laminated membrane subassemblies,considering the contact condition between flakes of laminated membrane subassemblies,analyze the laminated membrane subassemblies intension and stiffness.Based on the mode study on values and distribution of stress for different laminated membrane subassemblies layers,it analyze the effect of the layer's mount,and cover force in advance on laminated membrane subassemblies intension and stiffness.Comparing stress and stiffness between different mounts of the layers and conductions of force in advance,the paper educe the contact state effect on laminated membrane subassemblies intension and stiffness.
