摘要
以感应电机特定通风槽板的不同结构方案为研究对象,对其实际流动传热特性进行分析,建立了数值仿真模型,进行了流场与温度场的耦合仿真计算。依据仿真结果,对每一种通风槽板结构方案进行了优化设计。同时,对不同种类的通风槽板优化后方案的综合性能进行了比较分析与评价,并就其在电机冷却系统中的可实施性进行了分析;选取其中2种方案,进行了流动、冷却等方面的试验研究,通过对仿真结果与试验数据的对比分析,验证了电机通风槽板的优化设计方案的实际性能。
In this paper,sorts of conventional ventilation slot boards were introduced,then based on those,numerical analysis models have been established.The temperature-field and flow-field coupled simulations have been done after the analyzing of practical characteristic of flow and thermal transmission.The optimization design for each of those have been taken placed,meanwhile,analysis and evolutions on the over-all properties have been given by comparing those optimization designs;the feasibility of those optimization designs has also been studied.Finally experiments on the characteristic of flow,heat transfer have been taken about two schemes of those,which testified the simulation results.
