摘要
为保障船上电网的安全稳定,电力推进系统在恶劣海况下,由转速控制模式切换到功率控制模式,使推进功率保持稳定。本文首先分析了功率控制的2种控制方案,通过对比分析,指出功率开环控制的缺点;然后对功率闭环控制模式进行了分析;最后对2种经典调节器进行对比分析,结合控制要求设计出适合的调节器,并在300 kW级变频驱动装置上进行了试验验证,给出了试验波形及分析结果,验证了调节器设计的有效性。
In order to ensure the security and stability of grid for ship,the control mode is changed from speed control mode to power control mode when the electric propulsion system is running in atrocious sea status to ensure the stabilization of propulsion power.This paper,firstly,the two power control strategies are developed,and the disadvantage is put forward to power open loop control.Secondly,the power close loop control is analyzed.At last,Get across contrastively analyzing two classical adjusters and control demands,a appropriate adjuster is designed,it is proved by 300 kW experiment,and the experiment waveform and analytic results have been presented.The experiment show the good effect for the adjuster.
