摘要
随着集装箱起重机的大型化和机电集成化技术水平的日益提高,对其中的机械制动性能可靠性的要求也越来越高。由于集装箱起重机,尤其超巴拿马型集装箱起重机的制动系统无法在出厂前对其进行多种工况下的原型动态实验,造成产品无法向客户提供重要且应有的性能指标之一的制动特性参数。因此,对集装箱起重机的摩擦制动系统特性制定出一套研究方案并设计出相应的实验装置是完全必要的,也是ISO所要求的。本文首次提出“当量转动惯量”概念,用转轮组来模拟大型起重机升降机构,可对其中关键的制动器在多种工况下的动态特性进行实验测试。文中详细地介绍该集装箱起重机摩擦制动动态特性实验装置的原理及其运行方法。
The reliability of the specific property on the
brake used in the great container crane has been required more and more strictly,since
it became larger and its integrated technology level of machine and electric was raised.
A unable to calculate accident would be taken place then its transition process or snub,
if not.These dynamic tests on the brake with many operating modes can not take in the
great container crane,especially,in the great with Super Panama mode,so these important
parameters on brake pro perty had been proved for user in the last time.Therefore, it
s indispensable to raise a research model and made the test equipment to study
the property on it.A concept on “equi valent moment of inertia”,its equipment and
test method are proved in the paper.
