摘要
研究了数控铣削过程的有约束广义预测控制方法,构造了进给速度及其增量约束、铣削力上升时间约束及超调约束。为了保证控制实时性要求,提出了一种有约束预测控制律的解析算法。计算机仿真和试验结果表明,与无约束控制策略相比,控制系统的闭环性能可得到显著改善。
The constrained generalized predictive control for end milling process is investigated. Four constraints are taken into account, which include the feed rate and increment constraints, the cutting force raise time constraint as well as the overshoot constraint. The closed form algorithm to generate the control law is developed, which thereby allows the real time control to be implemented. The computer simulations and experimental results show that the performance of the controlled system can be remarkably improved in comparison with that without constraints.
