摘要
提出一种将振动信号在相空间进行重构,并利用重构吸引子轨道矩阵的奇异谱的特性来提高信噪比的方法。该方法已应用于滚动轴承和齿轮箱的故障诊断中,试验表明该方法能够有效地降低噪声,提高信噪比,突出振动信号的故障特征,从而提高设备故障诊断的准确率。
A noise reduction method is described. The method is based on the characteristic of singular spectrum of the orbit matrix, which denotes the reconstructed attractor of the vibration signal in reconstructed phase space. Its applications in the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing and gear box show that this method can reduce the noise contained in the original vibration signal effectively, and improve the fault characteristic included in the original vibration signal, thus the fault in system can be diagnosed correctly from the processed time series of the vibration signal. This method can make for improving the correct rate of machine fault diagnosis.
