摘要
建立了4自由度汽车半主动悬架系统的数学模型,采用模糊控制策略,对半主动悬架系统进行了计算机仿真。在此基础上,设计开发了以8098单片机为主控器件的半主动悬架模糊控制系统,并对自行研制的半主动悬架系统进行了实车道路试验。仿真计算和实车试验结果较吻合,其结果均验证了半主动悬架系统在减少振动,提高汽车行驶平顺性方面要优于传统被动悬架系统。
A four degree of freedom vehicle mathematic model with a semi active suspension is established and applied fuzzy control strategy to simulate the suspension system. Based on the simulation results, a fuzzy controlled semi active suspension with the 8098 chip microcomputer playing the main role is designed and developed, the road test for vehicle semi active suspension is done. The simulation results approximate the road test results. It shows that the performances of semi active suspension excel that of traditional passive suspension in the ride comfort.
