摘要
将振动测试技术用于监测大型储罐液位,可以实现液位的不接触测量,从根本上改善液位测量仪表的可维护性。理论和试验都表明,罐壁受激振动的功率谱与激振点处在液上、液下的情况有关;分析谱图就可识别液位。同时对实现这种方法的自动测量系统进行了分析设计。
A liquid level measurement method, introduced from vibration technology, is presented for huge tanks,which is unaffected by the liquid conditions and is easy to be maintained as a non--contact way. Theory and experiments show that the shocked vibrations of tank wall are relative with the shocking position where maybe be up or down the level. We can detect the level position by analyzing the vibration spectrum. Finally,structures of the corresponding levelmeter are discussed.
