Research On Intelligent Temperature Humidity Controller For Tobacco Baking

本文针对烟叶烘烤过程中的温湿度耦合现象与烘烤工艺要求特点，研究采用计算机与模糊控制技术，构成具有模糊解耦作用的智能温湿度控制仪，有效保证了烘烤过程对温湿度变化的工艺要求，提高了烟叶的烘烤质量。仪器结构简单，操作方便。也可推广应用于其他温湿度控制场合。

According to temperature--humidity coupling phenomena and special technical requirement in tobacco baking, an intelligent temperature humidity controller with fuzzy discoupling function is proposed by using micro computer and fuzzy control technic. With this controller, the technical requirement of the varying of temperature and humidity in tobacco baking is well kept and hence the quality of tobacco baking raised effectively. With rather simple form and convenient operation, the controller can also be applied to the other temperature--humidity coupling process.
