摘要
介绍一种新型横向剪切发生器,它利用各向异性晶体的双折射特性研制而成,能实现完全共光路、分步相移和剪切量的连续可调。实验测试结果及其成功应用证明了其理论设计的正确性。
A new lateral shearing generator is introduced, which is developed in view of dual refraction character of some crystal. It can make the shearing interferometer achieve common optical circuit, phase shifting interfering and continuous adjusting in sensitivity. The design is proved to be correct in theory by measuring results.
